The best of Irish malts combine with a single hop to make this thirst quenching Blonde beer. Higher in bitterness than other blondes, this beer breaks the mould while retaining the characteristics of a natural blonde. Brewed to the European Blonde style, this beer is approaching a cross between a Pilsner and a Blonde with the smoothness of a Blonde Ale and a bite that is notably stronger and lasting . Additional tasting notes : * colour/appearance : Blonde, but not in the typical sense, specialty malts add a darker tone. * aroma : balanced in hop aroma, the range of malts release their own notes developed during cold conditioning. * aftertaste : higher in bitterness than traditional blondes, the bite is notably stronger and lasting.
