Sampled at GABF on 9/17/2010. This Biere de Garde pours a light gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and spicy, malt and cereal. A medium bodied Biere de Garde. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral and herbal. Touch of spiciness. Nice carbonation. Crisp and clean. Very drinkable. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Clear copper with very little head. Possibly because it just came on line today. The rest have been excellent in all areas of appearance. The aroma is a little bit floral, a little bit musty and a little bit of pear fruitiness. The flavor is full of the spiced stewed pear fruit. A bit sweet. Interesting, but not really all that complex.
