Lighter bodied stout with hints of roasted and chocolate malts brewed with 55 lb of boiled red bliss potatoes in the mash. An easy drinking stout for St Patrick’s Day. Only a handful of kegs were brewed, so get it while you can.

Pours a deep coffee brown with a thick light tan head that leaves heavy lacing. Strong aroma has notes of roast malt, molasses, and coffee. Rich flavor sends roast malt, earthy, molasses, coffee and nutty notes surging across the palate. Texture is thick and fairly viscous, though not too fizzy.
