Cap d'Ona Blanche (white) is a yellowish troubled beer with a medium white foam collar on top. It has an aroma of citrusfruit (lemon), olives and rosemary herb. It has a rather watery texture and a sour lemonish flavor. The aftertaste is slightly malt.
