The use of Hemp Flowers (among other entheogenic plants) in Beer was a common thing in whole Europe before the year 1512, when the so called "beer purity law" appeared in Germany. This purity law is perhaps the first anti drug law of the menkind... Hemp is an emparented plant with hops. Hemp flowers have more than 140 different aromatic compounds. Many of them are found in hops too and many others that are not produced by hops but fits perfect with hops together. This all different essential oils that results in the unmistakeable hemp flower aroma of Cannabia. Cannabia contains more hemp flowers than hops flowers. The production of Cannabía was autorized in '96 by the Berliner authorities.

It tastes like a lager with slightly different hoppings. I cannot comment much further, I only got a 3oz pour. Nothing to suggest any hemp beverages that I have had in the past. It is a well made lager, if it is infact lager rather than ale. The information around this beer is all very confusing and contradictory.

average pale pour, little head, but it smells like pot. I decided it was the perfect beer to go with this morning's viewing of the latest Harry Potter movie.. i.e. I got 'pottered'. I thought the beer was refreshing, a little green tasting,but very drinkable. It was over all too soon. I wish I had another one.

Bottled. Yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is grass and maize. flavour is quite much the same with some sweetness in the finish. Totally useless beer. found in a shop in Estonia.

Some strange herbal aroma, not so much weed in it though... I have to say... Color is pale yellow, not much foam. Taste is nicely smooth and refreshing. Not bad at all. I really don't think there's much of cannabis related, but the beer is actually good.

cool looking bottle, and it even has a scratch and sniff label!!! I 'll admit that i'm a sucker for stuff like this but this truely stands out! ....Its smells alittle weak but like a greener corona....VeRY nicely uniquely bittered...mmmm, this is wonderful!...tastes like ..well, it tastes very very nice...the hops and hemp really mesh well and give a unique delicous mary jane taste...this beer offers you a taste that is actually very well made and in the end...its actually a high quality product. whatta u gonna do.
