Cameron's Sirius Wheat Ale 4.2% ABV is our interpretation of the American wheat ale style. It is brewed with Canadian malted wheat and two row malted barley and newest breed specialty hops. This all-natural, unpasteurized, unfiltered wheat ale has a distinct citrusy aroma and a taste that is quite quaffable. Light, rounded, thirst quenching, and refreshing; Sirius Wheat Ale is perfect for the blazing, warm days of fall or all year long.

Bottle: Pours a clouded yellow-gold with a bit frothy white meringue cap. Lively carbonation. Aroma is biscuits and lemons, hints of spice very pronounced nose. Sharp, tart, dry character light peppery moth feel. Flavour follows aroma with dry biscuity wheat malt in front balanced by citrus tartness and hop bite, clean crisp dry finish with a citrus kiss at the conclusion. A fine summer quaffer and another great offering from this brewer.
