This beer pours a clear light yellow with a sturdy white head. The nose is floral and earthy, over notes of corn chips. The mouthfeel is light to medium. Flavours of biscuits and crackers are balanced by a lemon citrus bitterness from the Helga Hop and Lemon Grass. I’m thinking Tacos and a Patio…

6-pack from The Beer Store. Pours a clean (slight haze at last pour), golden colour with frothy white cap, decent stay and light lace. Pils cereal grain nose, corn notes with a light sourness, kind of lemony. The mouthfeel is refreshing, mildly crisp. A decent grainy pilsner malt taste that easily goes down. Not much else really, but a pretty good local Pils all-around, that I would have again - if wanting this style.
