I wouldn't really know how the hell to rate a beer like this. Odd ingredients, but probably luckily, ingredients you can't really taste. I hate urchin, but didn't taste or smell any. Slight slight smoke. Pretty mellow easy brew. Even subtler tomato. Ok.
