Ich Bin Ein Quadruple Fermented Berliner Weisse We put a Burley spin on a traditional Berliner-Weisse by producing a beer that has undergone four fermentations. Our house blends of yeast and microbes were used to give it the signature dry, puckering and refreshing character customary to the style. We added sweet, white peaches to kick off barrel fermentation and give the beer a unique balance. 55% of the grain bill comes from wheat harvested locally in Snow Hill, MD. The use of the locally malted wheat gives the beer a full mouth finish while the bourbon barrels add a touch of the unusual. This beer is one of a kind and only 420 bottles were made, so enjoy with friends.
