Brewed in honor of our head brewer’s day of birth, 1980 TRG, is a fruit brewed with dried green peas white and green peppercorns, heather flower, elderflower, chamomile, apple blossom and white willow bark. Burial would be nothing without Tim’s tireless work and unique vision. So, if you see him, raise your glass. He’s made what’s in it.

Taps clear amber with no head, but that may be a factor of the pour. Aroma features apple, floral and fresh wood notes. Flavor delivers fruity, floral, herbal and woody notes riding a malty undertone. This is almost like drinking a salad, or a flower-infused cider. Body is firm and smooth, fizz surprisingly strong. Any day is a good day for beer.
