Chamomellow is an herbal, golden ale infused with chamomile which provides an enticing apple-like aroma (in fact, its name is derived from Greek for "earch apple"). Chamomile is one of the oldest garden herbs and it was used by ancient Egyptians and other cultures to battle illness and promote calm. Hence thename, "Chamomellow."

This is among the best use of chamomile I've come across. Wonderfully aromatic with a light drinkable honeysuckle like base that complements the generous flavor of chamomile quite well. Like carbonated chamomile tea.
