The idea of this beer was inspired by the Belgian tradition of Christmas beers. St.renna, a warm and richly spicy beer, is produced with honey, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, cloves and orange peel. It results in a beer of higher complexity and with an alcoholicity suitable for cold winter nights. Best if coupled with Christmas cakes, excellent with candied and dried fruit. Something like a vin brulé beer.
