This beer is a result of cooperation between Browar Fortuna and AleBrowar, one of the pioneers of the Polish craft beer movement. Our guests have made a name for themselves for their love of American hop varieties and enthusiasm for the ideals of the beer revolution. Needless to say, the "bold cooperation" between the Miłosław brewery and AleBrowar must have brought about a unique beer! Witbier stands for Belgian-style wheat beer famous for its refreshing properties. In the American rendition, the beer's profile offers citrus and resin-like notes from overseas hops, in this case Mosaic, Citra, Cascade and Centennial, highlighted with grapefruit zest. Jasmine flower is a bold ingredient of this collaborative beer; it supplements the citrusy and spicy nature of Witbier with pleasant floral notes and excellently balances off the hop bitterness.
