Spring; a time for new growth and new beginnings. With that in mind we are calling back to a forgotten favorite and looking at it under a new light. Our Hibiscus Blonde Ale starts with a reworked version of our Belgian Blonde Ale and features a complimentary amount of hibiscus at 2 different stages throughout the brewing process. The result is a smooth, easy to drink Blonde Ale with fruity esters contributed by the yeast and an additional fruity and slightly tart layer from the hibiscus. It’s time to shake off winter and get outside again, just don’t forget to stop and smell the hibiscus
