dark ruby-brown colour, big creamy head, aroma of old apples, cellar and dust + something unpleasant (fermentation problems ?), sweet and quite light-bodied, the finish is sugary with more notes of apples

Poured a prune color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Killer aroma of raisins, plums, caramel malt, chocolate, citrus hops, and yeast. Taste of chocolate, some dried fruits, yeast, and lots of wood. Heavily carbonated mouthfeel.
