A traditional danish beer, brewed after the old traditions. The combination of bottomfermented yeast and lots of Münchener malt gives the full malted charachter and the dashing redgolden colour. The hops is Perle from the south of Germany. The hops bitterness balance the maltsweetness which gives a smooth and full beer. To be served cold around 5° Celcius.

Dark ruby red colour, beige mediumsized head. Aroma is dark dry fruits, caramel and slightly roasted notes. Flavour is berries, malts and slightly metallic and yeasty. Pleasant otherwise but the carbonation is a bit too biting.

Reddish brown, bubbly tan head. Malty roasted aroma of cookies with a light limey undertone. Roasted and a bit soapy flavour. Caramel and juniper in the finish.

a nice and lasting head (1 finger, no laces) the color is dark and warm amber with red traces, the aroma is very malty and sweet with a hoppy kick in the end, the feel is balanced and broad and the taste is initially a little sour, then is evens out to a light and malty touch. not much after taste
