The beer pours a cloudy gold colour with pink hues. The head is off-white, rocky, and lasts a while. The aroma is tart berries, grains, light yeast, and musty hops. The mouthfeel is full bodied and carbonation is low. The flavour is grainy malt and tart strawberries and the finish is mildly bitter. This feels more like a NEIPA than a blonde ale.

Can that pours a cloudy golden-amber colour with an off-white, warm cap, decent stay and some creamy lacing. Aromas are sour, fruity with the strawberries and lemon notes. The taste is not sour, but yeasty, mildly fruity with some tart in the finish. Some good bitterness and light dryness. Not a bad strawberry blonde ale for hot summer days.
