Brock St. Brewing Company’s beers do not use any brewing sugars, corn syrup, or any other adjuncts, which can be found in other beers. Brewed strictly in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Act of 1516, and using only four all-natural ingredients (water, malted barley, hops and yeast), our three beers are perfectly balanced to create a smooth and refreshing taste. Our Brock Street Blonde was recently voted #1 best light beer in a recent blind test with professional judges!

Pours a very slight hazed golden colour with bigger bubble carbonation, a white cap, average retention and low lacing. Sweet cereal grain aromas with hints of hay and honey. The taste is thankfully not sweet with some of the cereal malts watered down by soda water. Nothing too offensive, too crazy but decent for a "light" blonde beer.
