Pouring honey yellow with a bright white head, you’ll find aromas of freshly zested citrus and light pine with hints of coriander, pear, and white grape. Flavours of lemon, orange peel and grapefruit pith are complemented by peppery and fruity notes from the Belgian ale yeast that yield a certain rustic quality, with a more balanced level of bitterness and a crisper, drier finish that your traditional IPA.

Can that pours a clean, golden colour with a big foamy head, good retention and some thick soapy lacing. Aromas are a blend of wheat-banana and some fresh herbal-grassiness. The taste is milder, balanced with the Belgian yeast and some decent grassy-hop notes. Some nice dryness lingers. Some beautiful pear fruitiness all through this. Everything works well here.
