A scrumptious beer that will beguile even the most tentative of micro drinkers. Flaked red wheat, flaked oats, and pilsen malt combine to create its traditional white gold color. Coriander and orange peel give it a little Belgian wang and an extremely refreshing palate.

Sampled on 9/29/2012. This witbier pours a very light straw gold color from a 220z bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheat, citrus, yeast, and spices. A light to medium bodied wit. The malts are wheaty and sweet. The hops are herbal and spicy. Touch of lemon and some additional orange citrus. Some coriander and pepper as well. Nice flavors. Nice carbonation. A touch grassy. Very easy drinking wit. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

22 oz bottle. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a smallish white head that quickly goes to a thin film and leaves a little lacing.

The aroma is sweet wheaty malts, lemon and perfumey spices.

The flavor is sweet wheaty malts with some citric lemon and musty yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.

    Overall, an OK wit.

This wit had a light straw color with a nice head. The aroma was infused with oranges and coriander. The flavor had a nice citrus bouquet of oranges and spices. Overall, this was a very nice wit, and I would have it again.

Sampled from bottle. Pours dark yellow with a creamy white head. Its aroma is tart & floral. Balanced flavor with a spicy, citric finish. A good example of the style.
