Can that pours a very light golden-yellow colour with a huge white frothy head, good stay and some creamy-foamy lacing. Aromas of burnt green leaves and peppery notes over sweet malts. The taste has some pepper with the cereal pils grains. Hints of vegetables, like celery. Not as bad as this sounds all-around. Just interesting.

The beer pours a hazy pale straw colour with a generous foaming white bubbly head which does not last very long. The aroma is grains, cereals, light citrus, herbal hops, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour has light citrus tones, grass, a little spiciness, and a hint of yeast. Very reminiscent of some session IPAs that have come out of Ontario the last few years rather than a pilsner
