Introducing Batch 1904: Our first-born. Named to remember the Great Toronto Fire of the same year, and to celebrate a city standing tall for over 100 years since; the embodiment of ?true north, strong and free.? Batch: 1904 delivers a dry, tart cider with a refreshing full apple taste finish that will take you back to the turn of the century. We locally source and press fresh Ontario heritage apples grown in the micro climates of the Georgian Bay and Niagara regions. No ingredient travels further than 300 kilometers from the tree to our Ciderhouse in Toronto, a benchmark for local food and sustainability. In keeping with the theme of sustainability, we proudly donate to local charities that support green initiatives throughout the year. We feel that it is important to do our part to contribute to a more environmentally friendly city, for today, and for our future generations
