    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Cracked open a 1.5 liter magnum...this was a struggle as the cork was set dry. Poured a light gold with medioum carbonation...small bubbled effervescence. Wonderful 2 finger frothy cap with good retention and nice lacing (bravo Brick we knew ya could do it). Aroma is all floral hopping with understated bready-sweet malt where the hop mix spells "Urquell". Medium-light mouth feel.....light, bready malts are balanced well with the sharp spicy-dry hopping.....finishes clean with slight drying...very drinkable and certainly true to the style....one of the best Canadian made pilsners I have tasted yet....puts Steam Whistle and it’s ilk on notice.
