Pours dark chocolate with a thick tan head. Aroma offers roast malt, maple syrup, subtle chocolate and spice notes. Flavor yields sweet, perhaps too sweet, maple syrup plus roast malt, cinnamon and mocha. Texture gives firm, slick body and peppy fizz. What the stout?
