Il Montante, a doppelbock on the edge, given the low gradation but fully accepted for its aroma and aromas. Chewing foam where the roasted malts have the best, the drink begins precisely with the caramel that almost as if it were a riser, the palate is already full when the hints of grapes and hops Aurora come to close what we could call a masterpiece without necessarily having to look modest.
