Just a small town beer brewed for a lonely bar. Come make a Journey to the darker side of stouts by taking the midnight grain... goin’ anywhere! We’ve brewed this super dark and rich stout with plenty of midnight wheat which imparts great colour without the high astringency that comes from other highly roasted, super dark, grains. Want that stout super smooth? Don’t stop believin’!

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 13%. Black colour, small tan head. Moderate aroma of roast malts, hints of chocolate. Moderate carbonation, easy drinking. The flavour is not too sweet, and is very well balanced throughout, with decent hops. Also notes of chocolate, prunes and mild coffee. A hint of liquorice. Remarkably good.
