This Oatmeal Stout is perfect for the approaching fall weather. A rich roasted chocolate malt flavour pairs quite well with the oatmeal creaminess. Now pouring on nitro at the brewery!

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

12oz glass from the brewpub. Pours very little head, a thin coating, and weak lacing as a result, has a dark brownish appearance. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of mild roasted malt, a bit smokey, light coffee and hints of chocolate. Flavours of coffee, chocolate, dark roasted malt, oats, a bit of wheats and earthy hops. Some subtle sweetness on the palate. Not too bad.
