    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6

500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Braustolz Bavarian Seidel a crystal clear golden-yellow coloured Pilsener with a generous two fingers close to white pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is faint grainy malts and faint floral hops. The flavour is grainy sweety malts, corn, grassy hops. The mouthfeel is clean and quite thin. This light to medium bodied Pilsener has a dry slight bitter finish. Not at all a bad Pilsener but, for me, too soft.
