The Glutenberg blonde is a gluten-free ale made from millet. Floral hops, white pepper and lemon zest aromas gives it a beautiful and charming nose. The mouth bursts with white flowers, citrus and spicy flavours. With just a hint of bitterness to balance out the sweetness of the millet and the corn, this beer offers a truly refreshing taste.

Pours wan yellow with a thick but ephemeral white head. Aroma offers pomme and fresh - ah, millet? - notes. Flavor presents fruity and malt-ish tones with a hoppy hint, not overwhelming. Texture delivers thin body and barely perceptible fizz. Well, had to give it a fair shake.

I really enjoyed their APA (for a gluten free beer) so decided to purchase this 6-pack, found at my local Métro store. Pours a light yellow colour with big bubble carbonation. Head is white, small, foamy, does not last long and no lacing found. Seems like mild apple juice aromas, with notes of other tropical fruits. Carbonated, but light mouthfeel. Citrusy taste with some light cereals. Some mild hop comes out in the finish. It is hard to make good looking gluten-free beers, but this brewery makes great drinkable ones from the bottle.
