Clear amber with an excellent, creamy head with good staying power. The aroma is malty, cookie, caramel and breads all mixed in. A touch of nutmeg type spice in the mix. Not a lot of hops involved, but this is really quite a nice relaxation beer. Not bad at all. I dig it.

Bought at the Dépanneur À-Tout-Prix in Laval, Quebec. Pours a cloudy caramel-looking colour with a foamy head that stays a while. Not much carbonation. The nose is hoppy-bitter with some light caramel malt. Mouthfeel is a bit on the oily side. The taste is nice and floral at first, with some cereal malt and a sharp hoppy finish. Some mild roasted malt is also present. A very pleasant brew for fans of the hop.

Bottle: Poured a slightly dirty yellow color ale with a medium white bubbly head with good retention. Aroma of what appears to be Fuggle hops is interesting. Taste of semi-sweet malt is mix with a dry and bitter finish with lots (maybe even too much for my liking) Fuggle hops. Again, this is interesting without being great but I think we can expect much more pleasant stuff from this brewery in the future.
