Very dark brown with just a tad ruby highlight. The head is darker mocha-coloured, disappears quick enough and a small ring is left. Coconut aromas, but not overpowering as expected with 4 different ones in here. Roasted malt base with some hints of cacao powder. Oily mouthfeel, very slick and not too thick. The roasted coconut and roasted barley do blend well in this one, with a touch of bitterness in the end. Not overly rich and sweet. A beautiful very, very smooth dessert Imperial Stout with a nice blends of different ways of preparing coconuts.
