Nous sommes bien heureux de vous présenter Sublimation en format de 375ml, un assemblage de stout affiné en barrique de Rye Rittenhouse agées de 8 ans. Nous vous présentons cet assemblage harmonieux, riche et qui laisse une place importante au fûts utilisés. Le nez est bien aromatique sur des notes de rye, des notes de vanille, de chocolat à l'alcool. En bouche, Sublimation se présente avec une texture intense et ample et des saveurs de chocolat mi-noir, de café et de vanille.

Enjoyed on November 26, 2022 at the brewery, pouring a dark brown colour with hardly any highlights, a small mocha-coloured head and light lacing. Rye whiskey aromas, woody over the roasted malt base. Hints of vanilla beans and coconut. Creamy, silky mouthfeel with a nice warming finish. Sweet roasted malts, some chocolate notes with the whiskey blended in so milder in the taste. A nice, smooth, easy-drinking Imperial dessert Stout, less sweet than usual, with the rye that is warming.
