    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

Black colour with no highlights, a darker mocha-coloured small head, light retention and a little ring left around the brew. Bourbon aromas with woodiness, almonds, vanilla over the roasted malts. The mouthfeel is silky, smooth, a little oily with a drying finish. The roasted barley is very well-blended with the Bourbon flavours and touch of vanilla, nuttiness. It is almost like coconut seems the biggest thing here, but none found. Not a bad dessert stout, with the Bourbon shinning a little more in this one, but not my favourite from this brewery - as so many killer one in this style.
