Imperial Stout avec café Blue Mountain, noix de macadam, marshmallow & vanille de Madagascar. Voici Shwing, un Imperial Stout bien dodu et épais ! Nous avons effectué plusieurs addition de superbe café, Blue Mountain de la Jamaique, avec un peu de noix de macadam, de vanille de Madagascar et une touche de marshmallow. Le résultat est bien riche et décadant ! Vous y trouverez des saveurs de gâteau tiramisu, de café au lait, de brownie au chocolat noir. L'ensemble est bien costaud mais pas ultra sucré.

Enjoyed this one in May at the brewery, and again recently. Dark brown colour with a minimal head and lacing. Coffee nose over a roasted barley base and some chocolate malts, hints of vanilla-marshmallow. The mouthfeel is fairly thick, with some dryness to help in the end, cutting this and creating some lingering, with light tartiness. The taste is quite bitter, semi-rich with the roasted malts, molasses and the coffee blending. Not a bad Imperial dessert stout with bitterness coffee, but a sample is more than enough.
