Enjoyed a pint at the Gatineau location. Lightly hazy, golden colour with a beautiful creamy warm-yellowish head, very good retention and some stringy, thin lacing lines. The Noble hops come out in the nose after breathing a bit, giving a herbal, light spicy touch, over the Pils cereal notes. The spiciness and mildly sweet malts blends well together, with a lighter finish. Quite a nice refreshing Pilsner that has everything a microbrew should have, but look like a priceless beer and easy going down.
