Kairos est une Pilsner allemande bien sèche et craquante avec de belles notes de maltNous avons décidé de faire la jonction entre les houblons nobles traditionnels et houblons allemands de la nouvelle génération utilisés pour des styles américains. En effet, nous avons utilisé du Hallertau Blanc, un houblon que nous utilisons sur quelques IPA en compagnie des houblons Hallertau Mittelfruh et Tettnanger. Le résultat est une Pilsner allemande à la fois traditionnelle mais aussi avec des éléments aromatiques rappelant le zeste d'agrume.

Clean, golden colour with a big creamy-frothy white head, good retention and full sticky lacing. Fresh herbal, grassy aromas with a touch of spicy malts. The flavours are a nice blend of cereals and the herb notes. The mouthfeel is crisp with a nice, mild drying finish. Eventually getting a touch of yeast, and a slight haze. Quite a beautiful, herbal fresh, lightly spiced maltiness and a nice cereal base.
