Enjoyed on tap, pouring a dark brown colour with light copper highlights, almost no head and a few bubbles left on top of the brew. Getting hints of say sauce in the nose with coconut, lots of chocolate as base. Looks like bourbon is blended within, and not sticking out. The taste shows a slight more the corn whiskey, alcoholic, roasted malts and chocolate notes. The mouthfeel is not as thick with a light warming touch. Not a bad Bourbon aged Imperial Stout, but lacking a little punch.
