Pilsner Italienne - Hermanos se veut un hommage à cette tradition récente en utilisant les houblons Saphir et Hallertau Mittelfruh au brassage et en houblonnage à cru. Le résultat est une Pils avec des notes très aromatiques de fleurs et d'herbes séchées.

Really enjoying this style, popularized this summer 2022 around here. Clean, golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and some foamy lacing. Straw malt, hints of pears and lots of drying hops giving herbal notes. The mouthfeel is heading on the dry side, but not overly. You still get the cereal grains, some spiciness blended with the herbal hops. All going down nicely. Refreshing, crisp and well-balanced hops with that spicy touch.
