    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

750ml bottle from their 6th anniversary release, pouring a real dark brown-black colour with hardly any highlights. The head is small mocha-coloured, not lasting much, but leaving some bubble-foam ring. Aromas of roasted barley base with a touch of bitter cacao, molasses, nuttiness, cherries and booze. Oily mouthfeel with a quick dryness that keeps on building. A nice warming of the alcohol. Roasted malt base flavours again, with raisins, chocolate, coffee, coconut and molasses. The Bourbon is milder in this one, compared to all of their other in this style. An easier-drinking Imperial Stout with a better blending of this America Whisky, still releasing alcoholic-bitterness.
