A dark brown colour with not much highlights. The head is small, but darker mocha-coloured, leaving not much but the brew. Aromas of sweet maple syrup over the roasted malt base, and the coconut blending both. The cinnamon spices up things and adds to the warming of the beer. Silky, but not as thick as I thought this one would be. Lingering chocolat malts with hints of syrup and spice. Mild bitterness. A nice sweet and spicy Imperial Dessert Stout.
