    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Sampled at one of the brewpubs on December 2th, 2022 pouring a dark brown with a small beige head leaving some nice streaky, creamy lacing. Roasted malt base aromas with the Bourbon sweetness, nutty notes blending with the coconut and hints of vanilla. Rich, sweet flavours with the coconut, lactose, but not overly syrupy, but a good flow. The nuttiness lingers with chocolate in the background. The mouthfeel has a touch of grassiness from the hops, to dry the finish a bit. A tad booziness. An easy, pastry Imperial Stout to drink, with nothing standing out too much, but decent warming.
