Le résultat est fidèle à nos souhaits, c’est-à-dire une bière riche rappelant les biscuits au chocolat, la crème glacée et le mélange à brownies. C’est un véritable dessert liquide !

Almost black colour with a mocha--coloured small bubbly head, minimal lacing with some tiny lacing spots left. Coconut aromas with nice chocolate, cacao notes, warming alcohol - all blended with some vanilla. Silky, milky smooth mouthfeel with some tart left on the tongue. The chocolate taste is on the sweet side with the marshmallows and vanilla, but takes a turn for bitterness with the alcohol, all nicely brewed. Hints of nuttiness lingers. A nice sweet Imperial Stout for those who like desserts.
