Second Imperial Stout from this brewery tonight (the other being Prophète). Very dark brown colour with a small dark mocha head, average stay and little lace. Beautiful roasted coconut nose with a nuttiness and cocoa. Even hints of butter. Warming mouthfeel, smooth, creamy with a decent dry finish. Cocoa flavours with blended coconut lingering. Sweet, but not overly rich. The roastiness comes out nicely. Easier to drink then the other one I had. Very nice !
