Clean, golden colour with a whitish cap, average-fizzy stay and a ring of bubbles around the glass. A cereal malt base with some herbal notes, a tad of spiciness and white grapes. Medium-bodied with just a touch of dryness in the end. The Tettnanger hops do add a nice top of herbs, over the light malt grain base that lingers a bit. Again, some decent spiciness from the Pils malts. The Nelson Sauvin is quite well-hidden in here - so do not worry if not a fan. A good, refreshing German Pilsner with a nice mix of spicy malts and herbal hops.
