    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

660 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in the original De l' Odon stemmed glass an unfiltered and golden-orange-copper coloured B A with a generous two fingers almost white, dense, fine and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is yeasty, sweety malts, fruity notes, citrus, apples and a faint honey touch. The flavour is grainy and sweety malts, yeast, fruity, apples, dried fruits, nuts and pronounced hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is creamy, light crispy and bitter. The texture is watery. This medium to full bodied has a dry bitter and nutty finish. Very refreshing, flavorful, an interesting Belgian Ale from a young brewery in Normandy.
