Médaille d'Or au Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2009. La Bracine Triple s'inscrit dans la tradition des bières brassées en Flandre. Le choix des houblons lui confère une amertume franche et noble et une typicité indiscutable.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original BPF - La Bracine snifter a gushing and unfiltered cloudy amber-orange coloured Triple with a generous two fingers slight beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is sweety toasted malts, caramel, spicy, cinnamom, gingerbread, fruity, apples and herbal hops. The flavour is sweety malts, alcohol, strong caramel, biscuits, fruity, cooked apples and pears. The mouthfeel is crispy and sparkling. This medium to full bodied Triple has a dry malty and alcoholic finish. For me, the alcoholic presence is too predominant.
