Bottled (from Cracked Kettle). Very deep ambery brown colour, close to black, with huge brown foamy head. Aroma is coffee, toffee, some roasted malts, licorice, ashes and tobaccoa. Flavour is tobacco, liquorice, some ashes, mild alcohol and nuts. Very smooth, and gets a bit vanillaish when getting warm. 4.1 sounds a bit high as a rating, but I really can’t find any element I would lower from this... So probably it deserves it.

Reddish brown with a big greysh foam. Aroma of cocoa-powder, yeast and grass with a light banana note. Dark coffee, over-riped banana and cocoa in the flavour. Medium-bodied. Dense and well-roasted finish of roasted malts, coffee and dried fruits.
