355ml can that exploded all over the place. Dark brown colour with some copper-ruby highlights. A warm beige frothy head, good stay and some nice foamy lacing slim streaks. Boozy aromas with roasted malts and a touch of heat-spiciness from the chilies. The cacao comes out after breathing, adding some sweet chocolate notes. The taste is bitter chocolate and the heat of the peppers is quite subtle. The roasted barley shows throughout and well. A nice blend of maple and the grassy hops balanced things in the background. An nice, easy-drinking Imperial Stout with the hints of cacao and chilies.
