    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Sampled on 12/26/09. This Belgian wit beer pours a slightly cloudy orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head with decent retention. The aroma is grassy, lemongrass, spicy and floral, hints of orange and coriander. A light to medium bodied wit. The malts are fruity and grassy, estery and fruity. The hops are floral. Lively carbonation. The lemongrass adds a nice citrusy flavor. An interesting idea, and yet another non-traditional beer ingredient, this one works well. Light and refreshing tasting. The orange peel and coriander flavors are more at the end than the beginning. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
