A Munich Dunkel Lager, the "Dirtbag" is released as the snowpack & seasonal crowds begin to dwindle, layers of clothing are reduced, & mountain bikes are dusted off -- otherwise affectionately known in the Eagle Valley as "Mud Season." Medium brown with some ruby red highlights, the Dirtbag utilizes Saflager yeast & a light dose of Mt. Hood hops.

16 oz can. Pours light ruby brown with a small off white head that quickly goes to a thin collar.
The aroma is roasty chocolate malts and a little smoke.
The flavor is sweet roasty nutty chocolate malts with decent hop bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is light bodied and a bit watery.
Overall, a decent dunkel...much better than their IPA.
